Muzhu Mining Ltd. is a junior mining exploration company established in 2018 and incorporated in the Province of British Columbia. Muzhu currently holds 100% interest in its property, specifically in the Val-d’or region of Quebec Canada, home to the prolific Abitibi Greenstone Belt.
Muzhu’s Quebec project, the Sleeping Giant Mine South, is comprised of 15,000 acres and contiguous claims south of Abcourt Mines. Abcourt is currently in the process of re-opening the former mine site.
The Sleeping Giant South property is located on a highly prospective geological unit and historically has been under explored for base and precious metals.
Muzhu Mining has recently initiated a new project executing an option agreement acquiring 80% of the Silver, Zinc, Lead XWG Property in the Henan Province of China.

CEO and Director
Mr. Yaretz is a seasoned entrepreneur with more than 35 years experience in corporate leadership. He began his international career as Vice-President of China Power Generation Corporation and Asla Power Engineering Corporation, developing co-generation facilities in Mainland China.
Subsequently, Mr. Yaretz acted for several publicly traded companies in various capacities including President and CEO, Corporate Secretary and Chief Financial Officer and is experienced in mergers and acquisitions as well as in the financing of numerous private and public ventures.
Mr. Yaretz has structured both Initial Public Offerings and Reverse Takeovers in various business sectors, Including technology, manufacturing as well as multiple mining exploration projects with properties in China, United States, Chile and Canada.
Mr. Yaretz has also served on the Board of Directors with numerous companies involved in technology, clean-tech, agri-business, sustainable packaging, consumer electronics, and as well as in the mining exploration sector.
CFO
Ms. Chuang is a Chartered Professional Accountant (British Columbia, Canada) with more than fifteen years of experience in the resource and mining sector. Her experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer of Azincourt Energy Corp., a uranium mining company in the world-class Athabasca Basin uranium district of Canada.
Ms Chuang is also a director of Blackwolf Copper and Gold Ltd., an exploration company focused on base and precious metals in Alaska and British Columbia. Ms. Chuang served as Chief Financial Officer of Northern Empire Resources Corp., a Nevada-focused mining company that was acquired by Coeur Mining in 2018, K2 Gold Corporation (formerly West Melville Metals Inc.) and Chakana Copper Corp. (formerly Remo Resources Inc.).
Currently, Ms. Chuang is President of VC Consulting Corp. which provides CFO and other financial accounting and compliance services to a number of companies. Ms. Chuang articled with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Simon Fraser University.
Director And V.P. China Operations
Mr. Anthony Tam holds a degree in Bachelor of Sciences – Engineering Physics and a degree in Bachelor of Sciences – Mining Engineering, both from Queen’s University.
He brings over 35 years of experience in the mining industry including numerous management positions in North America and China.
With these companies, Mr. Tam has been instrumental in the acquisition, exploration, and development of numerous mineral properties. He has been successful in negotiating various joint venture agreements in China, along with conducting preliminary geological and engineering assessments of mineral properties.
Director
Mr. Stanley is an accomplished corporate finance professional with diverse experience and a strong background in corporate start up, development and growth. Mr. Stanley began his career in finance as the chief operating officer and founder for Premium Cigars International where as part of the management team he completed a NASDAQ IPO in 1997. Mr. Stanley held several senior level positions including President and General Manager of the Canadian Subsidiary.
In 2003 Mr. Stanley joined the Brokerage Industry with Brookstreet Securities as Syndicate Manager and Corporate Finance Analyst, in this position he managed the syndication of more than $100,000,000 in equity IPO’s and more than $150,000,000 in direct placements with private and public company’s including two additional NASDAQ listings. He was responsible for analysis of all prospective company’s financials and diligence materials prior to the initiation of the financings.
Mr. Stanley is the current Director of Business Development at Spectrum Antimicrobials, Inc. and through his finance activities, the Company has raised over $25MM to complete the research and development for their product portfolio. The company has 11 issued patents and 73 pending patents, regulatory approvals in the EU, Britain, and the USA, projected profitability by year end 2025 and a targeted NASDAQ IPO in Q3 of 2025 with an expected valuation exceeding $1 Billion USD.
Throughout his career, Mr. Stanley has negotiated mining claim acquisition agreements, he has planned and staked mining claims and completed exploration and testing of several mining properties.

Mr. William (Bill) Thomson has had a dynamic and multifaceted career that has spanned over 60 years; his accomplishments have left an indelible footprint on a broad range of global and international enterprises worldwide. Mr. Thomson has provided unparalleled leadership as a CEO for 17 public and private companies across multiple industries, including finance, real estate, shipping, hospitality, gaming, energy, media, and many more.
Mr. Thomson currently serves as a Managing Partner of Mercana Growth Partners, a company dedicated to helping passionate entrepreneurs realize the full potential of their unique business models. Mr. Thomson brings to Mercana a combination of strategic guidance, deep operational experience, and strong corporate finance acumen to help steer businesses in the direction of growth and success.
An overview of Mr. Thomson’s extraordinary depth and breadth of experience would have to include any of the following: At the Toronto-based Score Media and Gaming Inc., a Canadian digital sports media and gaming company, Mr. Thomson served for 15 years as Director and Chairman of all Board Committees, where he played a significant role in developing the company’s path to growth from inception, until it was sold for US$2.25 billion in 2021.
As Executive Chairman, he oversaw the successful construction, launch, and operation of Asian Coast Development Limited (ACDL), an international development company specializing in multi-property integrated resorts. ACDL is currently building out a USD one billion dollar real estate project consisting of casinos, hotels, golf courses, and private residences on a 405-acre beachfront property in Vietnam.
As CEO, Mr. Thomson sold Canada’s largest IT company, IP Sharp to Reuters Limited for 90 million dollars in 1987.
As Executive Vice-President of Upper Lakes Shipping, Mr. Thomson oversaw the financing of $450 million for the construction of a fleet of 12 lake freighters while actively supervising foreign operations at this privately owned shipping company.

Mr. McGuigan is a Professional Geoscientist with 49 years of international experience in mineral exploration, deposit evaluation, mine operations, and corporate governance. As a geochemical researcher, he developed mineral separation techniques commonly employed in exploration and heavy mineral sands mapping.
For the last 36 years, Mr. McGuigan has managed the Cambria group of consulting companies worldwide. He was a founder of Diamond Quest Laboratories. He has held directorship positions in several publicly listed mining companies. He led extensive underground rehabilitation and exploration programs at the Silbak Premier Au-Ag and Dolly Varden Ag mines.
In civic service, he has served as a member of the Consulting Practice and the Geoscience Committees of the Engineers and Geoscientists of BC, as a director of the BC Neurological Centre, and, lately, as past-president / director of the BC Centre for Ability Foundation.
Mr. James C Tworek is the CEO of Element79 Gold Corp (CSE:ELEM, OTC: ELMGF, FSE: 7YS), a Canadian precious metals mining company with a growing portfolio of global assets. Mr. Tworek is also a Co-Founder, President and Director of Gaia Grow Corporation (CSE:GAIA, FSE:GG0) and a Director of Florence One Capital, a capital Pool Company that is in its final stages of completing its listing on the TSX Venture Exchange.
